Who are we?
My name is Scott V. Black; many people kindly refer to me as, “Mr. Black”. I have a beautiful bride, Valerie Black who is my right hand, who supports me and works side by side with me, she allows me to be who God is calling me to be.
For 20+ years I have been in the Leadership Training and Motivation arena. I have worked with famous companies, local churches and many families. Over the last couple of years God has been calling me into a deeper relationship with Him, one where He is first and I desire HIM above all else. I am blessed to have an equally yoked wife, who also desires to glorify God above all else.
We went on a Mission trip with a local church we used to attend and we found what we believe God has called us to do. We went on a Mission and we found our calling. We went looking for a people but we found a Passion. We went as a team but we left as a missionary. God is calling us to reach the lost and the dying of the world through London.
Why are we here?
To reach the Lost and the Dying of the world through London; we will do this by:
· ENGAGING—Meet people where they are. To be HOPE peddlers through our daily interactions.
· CONNECTING—Gods people, to God’s resources for God’s People…always, for God’s glory!
· GIVING—whatever we can! “When I was thirsty…when I was hungry…when I was in prison….”
· SHARING—Taking an interest in people, show that we SEE them, THEY MATTER!
· LOVING and CARING—We are going to VERB people! Gonna be HIS hand and HIS feet; They will know we are Christians by our Love!!
Where are we going?
NOWHERE, without God’s will and your help! This is a new calling. Only a few weeks has elapsed since we first landed in London. We clearly see God’s hand in this so we are going to “ACT AS IF”. God has taught me the best in Leadership Methods and Goal-Vision casting and accomplishing…so we will have access to the best!
We are new at this ministry thing. We are NOT a tax deductible charity. We are just a couple of people who have a calling and know what to do to create a great mechanism for God’s economy to bring much glory to our God.
We need your help:
· Help in the paperwork and set up of Tax Exempt Charities and Ministries.
· NEED YOUR MONEY; We have our first 3 trips laid out. We need to raise money for our Sept 24th trip and prepare for our end of January trip as well.
· Your connections in London. We want to do a might work for the Lord, we need an ARMY. Thanks for letting us be on your TEAM!
· PRAYERS. PLEASE PRAY FOR US!!!
· ANYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF…we need it. We have nothing but a calling. God will provide.
